Sophie Grinnol is a Preschool Assistant, with experience supporting children and young adults with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) since 2019. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels supported, valued and able to thrive.

Sophie is currently working towards her Level 3 Childcare qualification, continuing to develop her knowledge and skills within early years education. Having had her own children attend Shirenewton Preschool, she has a personal connection to the setting and is proud to now be part of the team supporting other children and families within the preschool community.
