Sarah Al-Nuaimi

I began my career working in a law firm before taking a career break to raise my two children. During that time, I developed a strong interest in early childhood development, particularly through my own children’s experiences at Shirenewton Preschool. In 2018, I joined the Preschool team, which felt like a natural and rewarding transition.

I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning, Play and Development, and I am passionate about supporting young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment. I am proud to be an Autism Champion as part of Monmouthshire CC’s initiative with the Autism Education Trust. We have changed our practice and environment to be much more inclusive to ensure every child can thrive and maximise their individual potential.

I also enjoy teaching the children some basic yoga poses and relaxation exercises to help to promote wellbeing, calmness, and body awareness

I am dedicated to creating a positive, supportive space where children feel valued, confident, and inspired to learn.
